The terms and conditions set out below apply to your use of this website and related websites including the use of the Content services offered on the Site. The Site, and the services of each of its modules, are offered exclusively by Sanskruti Agro Tourism and/or its various third-party providers and distributors.

In accessing and using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Conditions so please carefully read this section before proceeding. In case of not accepting these Conditions, you must abstain from using the Site. These Conditions must be read in concurrence with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of the Site.

1.Site

The Site makes available Content relating to hotels and resorts owned or managed by Sanskruti Agro Tourism.

2.Trade Marks

The Site contains “Sanskruti Agro Tourism” service marks and devices (including the word “Sanskruti Agro Tourism“) and other valuable trade or service marks owned by Sanskruti Agro Tourism or licensed to Sanskruti Agro Tourism to distinguish its services and products. These trade and service marks and related intellectual property, are protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and may not be reproduced or copied without the express prior written permission of Weekend Homes.

3. Copyright

The Content, text, graphics, images, sounds, links, and all other Content and software published or otherwise contained in the Site are either owned exclusively by Sanskruti Agro Tourism or licensed by Weekend Homes and except as specifically provided in these Conditions may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or by any means whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written approval of Sanskruti Agro Tourism Without regulation you may not, without such approval from Sanskruti Agro Tourism, create derivative works from any part of the Site or commercialize any Content, products, or services obtained from any part of the Site. Content procured from a third-party may be subject to copyright.

4. Content

You accept that all Content provided on the Site or any other material accessed through the Site including via any Linked Web Site is general Content and is not in the nature of the proposal.

You also accept that all of the Content is provided on an “as is” basis and to the extent permitted by law, is provided without any warranty, representation, or condition of any kind whether expressed, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Whilst Sanskruti Agro Tourism seeks to ensure that the Content is dependable and accurate, errors and omissions may occur, and therefore, to the extent permitted by law, Sanskruti Agro Tourism does not make or give any representation or warranty (expressed or implied) of any kind, as to any matter relating to the Site and any Linked Website, including without limitation, as to the sell ability, non-infringement of intellectual property rights or fitness for purpose.

In particular,Sanskruti Agro Tourism does not guarantee that the Content or any other material accessed through the Site, including via any Linked Website, is reliable, accurate or complete, without limitation, Content relating to prices and availability; or your access to Content or any other material accessed through the Site, including via any Linked Web Site will be uninterrupted, timely or assured.

Sanskruti Agro Tourism may, from time to time update, alter, or add to the Content, including these Conditions, and reserves the right to make such changes without any indebtedness to notify past, current or prospective users of the Site. Unless otherwise specified to the contrary, all new Content shall be subject to these Conditions.

Sanskruti Agro Tourism does not warrant the Site will operate ceaselessly or without interruption or be error-free. In addition, Sanskruti Agro Tourism may also suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without being liable for any direct or indirect loss as a result of such action.

5. Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

* The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price.

* Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

* All cancellation requests to be sent by email/phone.

6. Advanced Booking

The reservation agreement and the amendment concerning the services of Sanskruti Agro Tourism are for the resort only binding if the Weekend Homes and the client confirm it. The specific benefits are based on the reservation confirmation. Notify that the person, who signs for reservation/booking, is liable for the entire invoice of the reservation.

7. Membership Policy

In accordance with the applicable Acts governing Privacy, Sanskruti Agro Tourism Resort only collects personal information that is necessary for business purposes. We endeavor at all times to collect personal information in a fair and lawful manner and to meet our members’ expectations that we will respect their right to control how their personal information is collected and used.

There is no refund policy available under Weekend Homes booking law

Sanskruti Agro Tourism collects personal information to be used for the purpose of its business.

Prior and Post-purchase of

Sanskruti Agro Tourism Membership program, Weekend Homes collects information about members and prospects at the time when a person first joins a program and while a person is a member. The main categories of information we collect relate to a person’s general contact information, personal details including spouse/family members details such as name, age range, gender, demographic information like postcode, preferences, interest, professional details, address, contact information including e-mail address, use of the program, payment details, responses to surveys, Know Your Customer (KYC) documents as mandated by Government authorities and other details, which are usually collected directly from the member.

Sanskruti Agro Tourism

Management: Sanskruti Agro Tourism collects personal information related to bookings and as necessary for other purposes related to the management of the resort facility. Further personal information may be collected in specific instances such as in the event of an incident occurring on site for legal and insurance reasons.

Weekend Homes collects information on individuals when they book their travel arrangements, in order to process the transaction and to fulfill booking requests with travel and tourism operators.

This policy explains the main features of Sanskruti Agro Tourism use of members and prospects information and does not outline in detail the use of contractor and employee information.
